F3

I drank a lot in February. I am still under hangover. And it was not alcohol. It is some beautiful friendships.
As you read on there are few questions for you to ponder -1. Why great saints never lusted for damsels of Indra's court, who came to disrupt their tapasya? and 2. Where you'd have gone if you were Nalanda university passout, 1500 years ago?

Santosh came to Jabalpur in mid February, a week passed in a moment; we were talking, roaming, and cooking. I had shifted to a new house on the same day so,santosh had to see packed cartons around, enjoy various smells and sleep on floor, which I feel was not so good. Anyways the view from my house is fantastic, and that was the only good thing wrt logistics. We went to meet few people around and there were occasions where Santy proved his might by mesmerizing people, creating ideas and then presenting them to the world. You feel good if there is guy like him with you. Santy has knack of taking out jokes from anything and even nothing and I enjoyed it to the fullest here. Since I was on strict budget and I didnt take him to restraunts, he had to eat whatever we cooked. He obliged every time. I was very happy all the time, coz it feels like home when you are not alone. Thank you san, Come again, we gotta do many things.

I went to Patna for Parth’s marriage and the wedding was so much fun. Parth, his Parents and relatives were all very caring. This couldn’t have been better. I met bhaskar after a long time and three of us (including Parth) were together after a long time. Parth is no girl leaving house after marriage but bhaskar n I wanted to cry, really! I enjoyed the wedding moments and phtography. We'd text message Parth every time he or Jyoti (Parth’s wife) would make gesture on the reception day and Parth's eyes would seek us to smile and abuse.. Ohhh and I danced a lot, bhaskar n I were dancing like fanatic, on yes we were little fanatic :). Aunty, while introducing me to relatives would always add, “this guy is next in line” and later on Amy asked me if I found a girl at the wedding…. I heard steve jobs talking about connecting the darts!!!

Parth was married and tired after exhaustive function, so bhaskar and I went to Rajgir and Nalanda without him. At Nalanda, I felt proud by mere standing there while Bhaskar kept on reiterating the importance and value of this ancient university and rightly so. Each hostel room reminded me of people like chanakya sitting/lying in there (chankaya studied at takshila, even older than Nalanda, but I don’t know any pass out from Nalanda). Pics. Rajgir few kilometers from Nalanda is very beautiful place, surrounded by hills around; this place is famous for being a Jain and Budhist shrine. There are many symbolic and attached stories drawn from Mahabharat and ancient kings Bimbisar/Ajatshatru. If you feel the place, you’ll feel proud and out of this world. But feel it.

This blog is about friends, so I am not writing about my first trip to Bihar, that’s due for sure. As of now Lots of love to Parth, Santosh and Bhaskar. F3 is Friends, February, Fantastic.
